Getting Support

The on-line documentation for the HOME project is extensive, but it does not cover every aspect of the HOME project. Luckily, there are many ways to get support for HOME, but the best way is to submit a support request through one of our support trackers on Sourceforge.net. You may do so by going to http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=89372. The trackers allow us to quickly and efficiently respond for your plea for help.

Another good place to find help is on our forums at http://sourceforge.net/forum/?group_id=89372.

In order to submit a support request, or post on the forums, you must be a registered user on Sourceforge.net. Registration is free, and you may do so at http://sourceforge.net/account/register.php.

But, if you do not want to sign up for an account on Sourceforge, then you can email your support request to the Project Support Manager.

Reporting Bugs

You may report bugs in the same way that you may request support, by ether submitting a tracker item, or by posting to one of the forums, or by emailing the Project Support Manager. If you have a patch to a bug, you may also submit those in the same manner.
